Open a .csv file in App Inventor

Hi,
I want to know how can I open a CSV file saved with the file component with activity starter or with another component. I want to open it with a CSV viewer.

If you have a particular app in mind, you can determine the properties you need to set on the ActivityStarter using the directions on this page under the section “Discovering how to set the ActivityStarter properties”.
