Obtaining a Time stamp in the Final Ticktet

Hi
I am Traying to make a ticket that has the Time recorded in the final product, but I dont know how to indicate the clock in the time of the creation of the ticket.
Also I am not really sure if the time can be saved in the TinyBD to see with the rest of the ticket
