Notifier interface not rounded

Hi team,
I organized an app and use notifier in it. when i try in AI Companion Notifier corners are rounded but when install a phone notifier interface corners not rounded. How can i solve this problem?

1. Samsung Grand Prime+ Android 6.0.1
2. Android Studio Emulator Pixel Api 29 - Android 10
   I install and try both of them but result same as i send.
