In fact, I believe that AI generated code (like the new generation of "coders" do) will hardly be compliant with the V model ... :grin:

The discussion can be very interesting and huge because, as in the early 80ies the first CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tools were capable to generate C code from a very detailed modules specification, similarly today the AI can generate chunks of code provided that a set of highy detailed module specs are available. But what about debugging and validation ?

I think we are more and more approaching the Asimov's three robotics laws ...

We have had a few people request this feature over the years. It hasn't really been feasible because there was a lot of uncertainty about whether a feature of Blockly we would need would be stable. It seems like development on that has finally settled and we might be able to finally implement this.

Thanks for the response Evan. So, I take it that it wasn’t as simple as adding a button at the top that would pop open a small window (kinda like the reply window for this forum)?

I started doing it this way yesterday. It’s been working well so far. I even like that I can just drag the updated file right into the media panel before logging out. I’ll definitely continue to do it this way if an in-built note system can’t be implemented.
