after installing in my computer windows 10 app inventor is not working 
You have to start a project at ai2.appinventor.mit.edu with your web browser before you can start using the debugger you just installed.
App Inventor is not working? Win10 works fine with AI2. What browser are you using? Firefox and Chrome work best. Do not use Edge (it is not entirely compatible with AI2).
There is nothing to install if you use Companion with an Android cell or tablet. Are you having issues with the emulator?
