How can I make it so that when I go to the appinventor.mit platform, the English language is turned on, and not the system language?
Every time I have to reload the page because of this!

Not sure what you are talking about Jerej.
A guess is you want to change the programing language to one of these
Select (1) English then pick the language you want to program in from ( 2)
When you change the language you should be able to program in it in subsequent use of the Blocks Designer. That is the new language should be persistent.
Does your Blocks language change ?

But every time I close the page and then log in again, I have to change the language back to English...
Maybe it's the cookie settings?
That does not happen for me. If I change the language it STAYS using that language.

What browser are you using? I use Chrome a PC. Changing language is persistent.

That might be the problem. Can you try signing in using Chrome or Firefox and let us know what happens please.

There could be an issue with using Yandex for the language feature. 
Okay, I'll just have to dig around in the cookie settings a little more!

God gave me an idea...
I just saved the address in a bookmark with the locale unchanged...
Now I changed it and resaved: https://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/?locale=en
Everything worked.
