When i click ok Nothing happens. I have already waited for an hour. The download dosen't starts when i go to file explorer it isn't in the downloads.

Try doing 20-30 at a time, gives the server a chance 
You will end up with many zip files, but you can extract all of these to one folder.
Get into the habit of doing this at least once a month (depending on your output!)
