Not able to access with the button "Create Apps!"

Hi,

My students and me are trying to access the to the site "Create apps!", but it doesn't load (the main site loads). Google marks the problem with this error: "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". We are trying to connect from Spain.

It also appears the error PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR.

(Note: I tested the Create Apps button, and it works here, it is possible that your local IT network is blocking http requests ?)

Another thing to test is whether you can access https://ai2-test.appinventor.mit.edu/. This is a test server, but it is served over HTTPS in addition to HTTP. If it works over HTTPS but not HTTP, that suggests a network configuration problem at your school.
