Nombre de la App e icono

Solicito por favor ayuda de como puedo habilitar en el Screen1 las pestañas o elementos del "Appname" y "icono", ya no aparecen, el año pasado trabaje con ellas. No se como puedo volver habilitarlas. Gracias

Those have been moved from Screen1 to the Project Profile.

It's a new button at the top of the screen.

(We had some nice Canned Replies for this, but the board was upgraded to death recently.)
