To follow up here. Without having access to the source code of a failing extension, there isn't much we can do. The stacktrace included earlier indicates a missing class. This can happen not only if the class itself is missing (unlikely in this case) but also if a class that the class calls is missing (more likely). Unfortunately, without the source code of the class in the stack trace, it is hard to figure out which class is missing.

After update to nb189 MIT app inventor USB and emulator getting error on all projects when any extension added
An error occurs:
Project is started in emulator or phone via USB
MIT app companion 2.60u and 2.63u version used
Already started project or even completely new blank project
ANY extension added to components (bluetoothLE,TaifunBarometer,TaifunBattery,SoundPresureLevel...)
Any OS (Win10,Win7,WinXP)
Any Android (6,7,9)
Any browser Firefox and Chrome
Does anyone know what are the chances of solving the problem ?
