New design for my app

Hi All,

I would like to make my app design like this:

For login:

For first information:

For menu:

So I would like to know what do you suggest: To make an image and put on background or constructing this using an extension, once built-in layout doesn't offer this like this? And I would like a responsive way...

It's also no problem to get a white Navbar.
