Network Error When Changing to a New Screen

I am currently developing a project, that for some reason keeps disconnecting whenever I change to a new screen. No matter what I try, I can't fix it. This is what it shows when I disconnect.

Does anyone know what the problem is or have any idea why this might be happening? Thanks.

Please show your relevant blocks (the ones that are switching screens in particular) and anything you may have in the initialise blocks for the screens you are switching to.

Use different screens wisely

• Before starting to create another screen, first you should think about is it really necessary? 
• See also Building apps with many screens and SteveJG's post about advantages/disadvantages, because in only one screen you also can use vertical arrangements to simulate different screens, just set the arrangements to visible = true/false as needed...

If you decided to use different screens, then you should switch them correctly, else you will run out of memory after a while...
