So I have a slight question. I need to know if I can make an iOS app using the same project that I use on my Windows PC or do I have to make a new project as I have no idea on the new iOS situation. Thank you.

When the ios Builder becomes available for App Inventor, MIT's intention is the same Project you use to make an Android app will be able to make a compiled ios app. However, some components used in Android are not compatible or not presently usable to construct an ios app. Android Projects that use extensions will not build on ios. Extensions currently are incompatible with ios and probably will not be available for ios use for a long time, if ever.
The Builder has not yet been released, There is not a timetable for its availability; perhaps early Fall (a guess).
