Need help to create BLE Beacon(sensor) simulator in android

Hello Everyone ,

I needed your kind support and guidance for developing BLE Beacon (sensor) simulator in android . I am having BLE extension integrated in my project.
I want to convert my mobile as BLE tag using MIT app development .
