Need help, can we make an if condition that checks only the first number in a 4 digit a value

Hello everyone, good day to you all.
I wanted to check if using MIT app inventor I can create an if condition that can compare the first value of a 4 digit number from arduino Uno and if the first value for example: equals 1 then it can take the reset 3 values after it and do calculations on them otherwise it does another task.

Is it possible to do that using MIT app inventor? and if it is which blocks can be used for this task ?.
