Using a title like this " urgent (like in 10 minutes)" doesn't work here. A lot of users will choose not to help, like me, when I see a title like this. As you can see the 10 minute limit you asked for didn't work. 
If you want help you have to provide more info and be patient, not just drop a bunch of blocks and expect others to dig through them. Most of us are volunteers here spending their free time in helping other users. Please read the below topic before asking a question.

irritants in the error message occurs only when using ios. But you said you have the problem with Android in post #3. Android, ios or both don't work?
