Need a little help with BluetoothLE

Can someone please tell me why this does not start on my phone.
It says unfortunately,porta_Carro has stopped if I try to start it.
But I can’t find anything wrong. I did try it on 2 phones one with android 4.4 and the other with android 9.0

Resolved i found the problem it was BluetoothLE that wasnot used.
