how or about what can I do this?

By that you mean most recent numbers called? There isn't an App Inventor function or extension that can access records the phone's built-in caller might store.
However, if you made the calls via your own app, it would be simple to keep a record of the calls in TinyDB. You can use App Inventor's Phone Number Pick to initiate a Call.
