My blocks are not working and they seem transparent with yellow lines going across them in an "X" formation

They appear white/transparent and have the yellow crosses and I'm not sure what it is. At first I tried just using it as normal because I could still get blocks from the menu and place them, but when I go to test on the tablet, nothing is working.

This is a picture of what one of the blocks look like. Can someone tell me what it is? And how to fix it?

Looks like you have inadvertently disabled all your blocks

Right click on some white space in the blocks editor and choose Enable All Blocks

You may also have enabled the workspace grid ?
