My app not working on any smart phones

Hello All,
I am new to App Inventor and was trying with listview. The program is about excluding the number from the list.
List one contains numbers from 00-99 and has buttons to exclude first digit second digit or both. if the user selects the first digit as '1', then the new list will have all the numbers from 00-09, (10-19 will be excluded as it starts with 1) and will start from 20.
But when I created an apk, and tried it on the mobile. it is not working as expected. Also I can not delete the number with backspace or select & delete.
Am I missing something?

Thanks, Dora for your kind help. I was trying hard to solve the issue and was not aware of the rules. I will take care to follow the guidelines and post the issue.
