My app doesn't function at all once downloaded

Hello! Im making a visual novel for a group project. Things where going smoothly until I decided to install it on my phone where the only thing that displayed was a white screen. I've tried several times, deleting different extensions and parts but to no avail. I even tried on a different phone. No results either. Help me please!

You had a missing font (I have reset the labels to default)
Also resized two massive images
Loads to Screen1 OK, but doesn't do much else
