Multiplayer pong for two devices. who can make it for me. i am willing to pay

I would like to have PONG in my collection of programs but I would like it to be multiplayer. I install it on my cell phone and I can drive a racket, my friend installing it on his device should manage the other racket.
is it possible?
can any of you make it for me for a fee?

If you've already made Pong, then you may want to take a look at our tutorial for Sketch and Guess, which shows how to use CloudDB to manage state between two different sessions in a Pictionary-like drawing game:
