But it is possible to like change it to the size of a tablet and monitor.

possibly use Classic Theme and set Sizing to Fixed ..The app will fill a Tablet or a cell screen

Actually an old feature of App Inventor may help you with respect to filling the screen.

Use a Classic Theme and and set Sizing to fixed might provide the response you want.
