The MIT RAISE Initiative, which App Inventor is a part of, will be hosting the inaugural AI and Education Summit July 24-26 in Boston Marriott Cambridge at the heart of Kendall Square and just a few steps away from MIT. A complete schedule is available on the linked site.
In particular, there is a call for Papers and Posters including demonstrations of App Inventor-built applications. Proposals for presentations are due by May 24 and are submitted via EasyChair.
