MIT_Appinventor_Tools_2.3.0 problem in launching

Dears,
After installing MIT_Appinventor_Tools 2.3.0 and running aiStarter, I receive this message

Platform = Windows
AppInventor tools located here: “C:\Program Files (x86)”
Bottle server starting up (using WSGIRefServer())…
Listening on http://127.0.0.1:8004/
Hit Ctrl-C to quit.

What should I do?

That should mean everything is running correctly.

Have you tried to connect to your device/emulator ?
