I had installed windows 10 program on my HP laptop,by the computer shop specialist, that is the same parameters as per MIT app inventor 2 requerements, but for some reason when dowloded app inventor 2, and followed instructions for it to be installed, I cant find a program file which I could open in order to create apps,only find a MIT app's inventor 2 tool file,can somebody advice me what I can do,as I need this program for my online courses?

There is nothing to install on your PC unless you are going to use an emulator instead of a real Android device to develop your programs.

Appinventor is a website where you can create apps for mobile, NOT for PC / Laptop.
If you have an Android 2.2 or higher , you can use appinventor to create your apps.
