Are you in Colombia? If yes, there are some suggestions in the above link . If you are not, the same suggestions might help you connect.
The problem might be with your isp blocking a http web page (which is where the AI2 app is hosted), or your virus checker is blocking the url (white list AI2 ?) . The problem might be a problem with your browser cache (clear it or try to use another browser … Chrome or Firefox … do not use Edge). Clearing the cache might allow you to connect. Does that help?
