I have been logging in with my Google account for the past few months - I did PD over the summer for AI and have been teaching it this fall. I was unable to access the App Inventor site for a day or so and when I got in yesterday, I had only a project from 2015 and otherwise non of the work from PD through last week. Nothing has changed about how I log in - google account, computer, browser, etc. Just missing over a dozen projects I would really like to have back!
Welcome Natalie.
Someone at MIT will help you find your projects soon.
-
are you using the main App Inventor server or https.code.appinventor.mit.edu/ ? MIT will need to know that..
-
do you have multiple gmail accounts? If so, are you using the appropriate gmail? This could be your issue.
-
MIT may be able to find your 'missing projects'
Missing projects are almost always from logging in with a different Google address. This might be because you changed it yourself or because your institution changed their address format.
We had server issues at the beginning of the week, but nothing that would affect project storage.
You can send me a private message with your Google address(s), and I can take a look on my end.
