How could I merge two apps into one MIT app, where I tried to use merging tool but didn't work on window 10, even i created the batch file as mentioned on some site and not success..

As for .aia files, maybe the copy function is enough? You select everything in the designer and use ctrl + c to copy it, and paste ctrl + v in the other application. You can copy blocks to your backpack or save them as pictures.
I think that by preparing the aia file after unpacking it can also be done.
