Whether Notifier enabled or disabled it still shows that error.

I think it depends a lot on the phone brand. Recently, in another topic, we also had trouble with notifications that caused an error on Motorola, but not other phones. Unfortunately, without the phone that causes the error, there's not much I can do. Unless you can share a log from logcat with a stack trace.
Samsung is known for various bugs caused by its own changes to the Android system. Even in the community there are many.
I followed these steps but with my own folders and songs, and the error did not appear.
