Yes but it is a computer so MIT WEB viever do not work for me

If I understand correctly, your local computer will need an http server to serve the file, you then will need the local IP address to view the file in your app.

No i have the WEB site working,in my phone web browser I ned to turn on Pagess For computers

I can not get this to work in MIT App

I am sorry, I do not understand what it is you are trying to achieve.

Please show your relevant blocks, that may help.
