I have an app that I've built. The hard part is over, or so I thought. I am now seeking marketing launch strategies in the digital space. Just curious if someone has a proven method of launching their app using ads in the FB/IG universe.

I've seen a guy use FB/IG ads in such a way that it looks like he and his ads are stalking you. But I know that's a function triggering the ad based on engagement.
