Making text in bold

Hi!
I'm using an app to send an email in case someone forget their password, and for aesthetics purposes I wanted to make part of the text to be in bold.

However, I haven't been able to do this. Can anybody help me?

These are the blocks I've been using. I've tried putting the text between < b> < /b>, * * and ** ** but it doesn't seem to work.

probably needs to be true, to allow the html bold tags to work
