M3U conversion to something that MIT App Inventor supports for sound file

I need to convert the M3U file to another usable file extension in MIT App Inventor. The app is for a single radio station up North in Canada that uses the radio as a communication lifeline to all its' residents. Please, pleases, someone help.

The file has a .M3U extension so its a audio file so will ur suggestion work with just an audio only extension?
