Looping song or sound file from a chosen points in track. i.e not loop from start to end but any user given points

hi. suppose my app is teaching a song.

i want the user to listen only to a loop starting 0.20 mins to 0.40 mins when the user clicks learnnextlineBtn, then i want to loop eg. from 0.40 mins to 0.60 mins, x number of times, or till user is ready to learn the next part and so on.

can it be done choosing to loop chosen sections of sound file opposed to looping the full song , sound file?
