Live Streaming for classroom?

Which would be the best method to implement a live-stream in an app for a classroom, that requires includes trainers teaching using another video? (P2P stream would be out of question in this case.)

If WebRTC media servers, then which one do you prefer for an app use?
Why?
Is it Open source?
How much resources could that take if implemented on a cheaper linux server?

Please provide examples with code if possible.

Not sure but you can embed Agora in a webview(use customwebview) by @vknow360 for better results
