Listpicker title is not visible

Hi all,

I guess when is assign a Text to listpicker1.title that should be seen on top of the list.
It doesn't. I got the pure file list.

What is the reason? How to change?
(I wonder that searching I got only 6 results for listpicker title. No one matches my need.)

No need to shout (capital letters!!) Change your theme, there is a long running bug with some versions of Android, if I remember correctly No title in Classic theme

In fact I found this post too, but the "No need to shout" confused me and I didn't understood the rest.
English is not my favourite language

Most probably the question at first was asked using capitals letters and that in the community means that someone is shouting Glad your problem was solved
