Hello,
I am currently running a training for teachers and a portion of the training involves using App Inventor. When one of the teachers opens the Designer view, their menu of features to add is extremely limited. For example, when they open the Media features, there are only three options available. We need access to the camera and the camera is not even an option for this person.
They are using a Microsoft Surface and Chrome as a browser. They haved logged in and out of AI several times and still have limited access to features in Designer view. Of all the participants in the training, this person is the only one with limited access.
Any ideas as to what may be going on? Any help/suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!
