Hello:

-It is possible to determine the frequency a flashing led, with the LightSensor Component?

-How?

according to the documentation http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/reference/components/sensors.html#LightSensor the LightChanged event fires when a change is detected. So after doing some math you should be able to calculate the frequency… To calculate with time you might want to use the clock component…
