There is no RadioButton control in App Inventor. You can make one. Making ‘Radio Buttons’ from CheckBoxes or try Hossein’s extension Radio Buttons . The extension might work with App Inventor.

Radio Buttons in MIT App Inventor

I downloaded the extension "RadioButtons".
When I tried to draw the RadioButton1 I got an error message (see attaches).
