Keep items anchored at the bottom

How can I keep only the items I specified at the bottom? The user will scroll down, but that section will always remain at the bottom of the screen.

Set a vertical scrolling arrangement at the top (all your page content goes in here). Set to fill parent.
Set a horizontal arrangement below this with your "buttons".
Turn off Screen Scrollable so that the vertical scrolling arrangement can scroll.
