Iterating through a list of lists for a specific keyword and returning the item as text in a list picker

I need help with a project I am doing for my AP Computer Science class and I can't find the answer anywhere. I am trying to iterate through a list of lists for a keyword and return the item into a list-picker text slot on another screen. I am trying to get around using the index, as my project calls for keywords.

Can't read your blocks. Right click on some white space in the blocks editor and download blocks as an image, then crop as necessary and upload.
