Issues with BLUETOOTH_CONNECT

I have just updated Bluetooth LE extension (version 20230728) from MIT site. Below is a App starting code.

I keep on getting the below error. This was not the case a few days ago.

Could someone throw some light on this issue please.

Error 908: The Permission BLUETOOTH.CONNECT has been denied (android 11)

I'm reluctant to post an AIA in such cases because most people then make their adjustments and then claim it doesn't work. The fact that adjustments have been made usually only becomes apparent after long negotiations and many unnecessary posts. Therefore I prefer to post APK links. I have downloaded GetApiLevel extension and started to build the blocks, 1 step at a time. The pieces of code indicate that the level ApiLevel is 33.

I still get the same messge as below

Any suggestions !

Also tested a bit further with additional Blocks. The result pretty much says that there is something not right with BLUETOOTH_CONNECT itself.
