Is Translator from App Inventor Free?

Dear community,
I would like to translate my apps in different languages. But I have seen that the MIT has written the following:

"which in turn will request translations from a commercial translation service"

Now I am not quite sure, if this translator will cost money or not. Does someone of you know this? Thank you very much. Have a great day and stay safe.

Translator costs MIT money. It does not charge App Inventor developers for reasonable use of the service. Essentially, Translator is 'free'.
