Is there a way to eliminate the error message when 'timed out' occurs?

Since the content of the file is only one or two characters,
I never imagined that 'timedout' would occur.
However, yesterday I visited a place where all communications were blocked, and 'timedout' error popped up as below;
"Unable to get a response......"

Is there a way to prevent an error message from appearing even when 'timedout' occurs?

This message comes from the Screen ErrorOccurred event
