Is there any other way to view the whole site inside an iframe to render it in another page. For example, we have already deployed the appinventor sources in appengine and it is running in web browser. Now, can we use the url of the hosted service in iframe src ?

Why not to try it yourself
By default we don't send any security headers, so it should be possible to use App Inventor in an iframe without issue.
