Is it possible to make contents of cell of table as Hyperlinks to a website?

Hi all,
I want to make a table using tableviewer extension by @Kevinkun in which last colomn contains links to websites. when an user clicks the links they should be directed to correponding website. Is it possible to do that? Please help me. Thanks.
