Is it possible to create an app and make it open with voice recognizer without tiping on it?

I want to create a new app, but I want it to open and interact with such voice commands, is it possibile with Mit inventor ?

The key is in being able to open the app....

Well... just ask if is possible to do or not to to don't loose time is not so bad. Now he can move forward and start to develop the app.
