I have some app questions regarding his version of Appinventor, does anyone know how to get in contact with him? I have his old email and i have sent a message to him on this forum does anyone know if he is still active with his extensions and so on? I really need to get in contact with him

To answer the question in your topic title, no, appybuilder merged with Kodular some years ago.
Any offline version, if such a thing exists, will be horribly out of date now, unless heroically maintained somehow.
Hossein was "last seen" early August 2021 (on AI2 and Kodular communities).
