iOS test server for builds updated to 2.74 rev 4

Hi all,

The test server for iOS builds at iosbuildservertest.appinventor.mit.edu has been updated to 2.74 rev 4. This adds a fix for map tiles not showing and introduces the missing menu items to the Neo interface.
